The FCS2 x Channel Islands Reactor Performance Core Thruster Set compliments the Al Merrick (AM) template, which sits in the FCS "Carver" template category, and suited to longer drawn-out turns. This FCS x CI "Reactor" template is more upright, and designed for speed and tighter turns.
The upright nature of this template promotes tighter turns and therefore suited to punchy, hollow waves and when performing vertical turns. It will also suit conditions where immediate start-up speed is required from the take off. The full, robust profile of this fin from base-to-tip allows surfers to push hard while still getting that freedom to turn easily.

Performance Core (PC) fins are made using a multi-layered resin transfer moulding process.
The flex pattern in PC fins extends progressively from the base through to the tip, helping to maintain drive and hold through a turn.
This versatile fin material is light and can be used in a variety of different conditions.
