The Black Diamond is DHD’s true all-rounder — a genuine one-board quiver designed to handle almost anything you’re likely to surf. With extra flotation through the front half for easy paddling and wave entry, it stays forgiving and user-friendly in small, weak surf, while still offering enough performance to handle steeper, better waves when they turn on. It’s a board that covers a lot of ground and suits a wide range of surfers and conditions.

he Black Diamond is easy to paddle, quick to get moving, and forgiving underfoot. The extra width and volume up front help generate speed early and glide through weaker sections, while the pulled-in rounded pin tail and refined rear rails let the board sit comfortably in the pocket when waves get steeper. The Sweet Spot 4.0 differs from the Sweet Spot 3.0, with the nose being a touch narrower with increased lift, creating less catch up-front when tight in the pocket. A rolled deck provides extra volume in the centre, giving a lower and a more refined rail. The tail has been pulled in, so you can push harder through turns with more manoeuvrability.
The 4.0 paddles better, goes faster and can be pushed harder in heavier conditions, when needed the most!
